Working with the added complications of a tight working space, a very large and busy site and the overall Commercial Bay deadline, planning and project management was paramount. Offering burgers, sea views and epic interiors this was a project with a very defined brand aesthetic to nail. The open plan restaurant incorporates dining nooks to offer private spaces without breaking the flow of the space. Distinct detailing throughout includes custom onsite benches, steel supports and joinery, and fluted glass. Layered with commissioned artworks and texture, this is a space filled with soul.
